UHXLV.com is a neutral third party listing service.  Information provided by Seller is deemed correct and any and all liability resulting from incorrect information will lie with the Seller.

UHX reserves the right to withdraw any listing from UHXLV.com at their discretion. 

If any information provided by Seller in regards to their listing is deemed invalid or untrue, the listing will be removed immediately until the proper corrections have been made.

The initial price acceptance is based solely on market value.  UHX reserves the right to request for the Seller to adjust the price based on condition of the property. 

It is real estate agents responsibility to register their clients with UHXLV.com.  Once registered an agent cannot lay claim to that member and will not be entitled to any commissions from UHXLV.com for their transactions.

Real estate agents are only guaranteed 3% commission on purchases made by members registered under their pre-approval code. 

Real estate agents are not guaranteed a listing commission unless specifically noted in the service agreement regardless of who the member is registered under.
